How Do I Use Your Services?
It’s simple. Once you have signed up to one of our plans, you will be given a phone number and access to our members area. That phone line will take you directly to a Car Repair Expert. Simply call us whenever you take your car to the shop and we will help you every step of the way through the repair.
Am I Locked Into A Contract?
No, you can cancel at any time.
What Happens After I Sign Up?
After you sign up you will receive 2 emails. The first will give you the exclusive phone number and email address that you will need to get in touch with your Car Repair Expert and the second will give you a reminder of all the services that you will enjoy with your membership.
How Soon Can I Get Help?
Immediately after you sign up you can get help. You will receive an email with a direct contact phone number and email so you can call, text or email us. If the email doesn’t get to you quick enough and you need immediate help just call or text our main line and we will transfer you to a Car Repair Expert. Our main line is 678-673-3350.
How Quickly Can I Speak To A Car Repair Expert?
If you call during the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Saturday, you should be speaking with your expert within 60 seconds. We know that there will be times when you will be at the mechanics shop and will need us on the phone right then to speak to the mechanic about your car.
Can I Text Or Email You?
Yes! We want to make it easy for you to communicate with us so we are available through Phone, Text or Email. You can even write us a letter if you want, it will just take a lot longer to help you. We are also on FaceBook so you can message us on there as well.
Who Will I Speak To When I Call?
You will speak directly to one of our Car Repair Experts. We route your incoming call to the next available Expert. If you want to speak with a specific expert who has helped you in the past you can always ask for him and if they aren’t available immediately they can contact you back when they are available. You will be able to trust all of our experts.

Should I Call You Before I Take My Car Into The Shop?
Yes! We actually prefer it if you call us before you take your car in so we can prepare you for your visit and give you any information you may need to know before going to the shop. You should also call us at the shop to when you get your estimate for repairs. It will benefit you most to involve us in every step of your car repair. If you sign up for our Hassle Free Repairs then you let us talk to the shop for you and we will relay all the information to you so you can make an educated decision on your vehicles repairs.
How Can You Tell What My Car Needs Over The Phone?
Most of what we need to know to make an informed decision we can find out by asking the mechanic questions. What we can’t tell from speaking to the mechanic we will ask him to text or email us pictures of the “needed repair.” For example a lot of shops sell brake components that aren’t necessary. If your mechanic recommended brakes we would ask for the brake measurements. We are not satisfied with “Your brakes look low.” That is his opinion. We want facts. If there are 2 millimeters or less of brake pad material then yes it is time to replace your brakes. Any reputable repair shop can give us the specifications or pictures to prove a repair is needed and not just recommended based on his opinion. We can also usually tell after asking a few questions if the mechanic is being honest with us.
What Do I Do If We Find Out The Mechanic Isn't Being Honest?
At that point you have 3 options.
- You can (or we can if you sign up for our Hassle Free Repairs) tell your mechanic to just do the needed work that we would have previously discussed.
- You can take your car to another shop and get another opinion
- Or you can ignore our advice and hand your wallet over to the mechanic so he can eat better than you that night.
Will You Talk To My Mechanic For Me?
Yes, if you sign up for it! There is a big benefit to us speaking to the shop. Since we understand all the technical terms we can help you make a more informed decision easier. We want our Members to let us worry about your car so you don’t have to.
What Do I Do If My Car Breaks Down?
After you safely get off the road call us. If you sign up for it we will help arrange a tow and we can help you find a local garage. To utilize our services the best we should be the first call for any car repair, maintenance or break down.
